Tea Forté, the global luxury tea brand identified around the world as the ultimate tea experience is hiring an eCommerce Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Maynard, MA.

The eCommerce Analyst will join the established Ecommerce team at Tea Forté with a focus on the Amazon and other Marketplaces across our tea and coffee businesses. This position is primarily responsible for supporting our Marketplace businesses with insights to drive growth and profitability. The analyst will work closely with the existing eCommerce, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams as well as external analytics solution providers as necessary. Experience working within eCommerce platforms, business intelligence tools, and related technology is required.

The eCommerce Analyst position is perfect for an individual interested in working within a quickly growing and dynamic environment. The role requires agility, adaptability, and a strong sense of curiosity as you seek to answer the most pressing questions to unlock growth. You will be working with a group of skilled, subject-matter experts all highly motivated and focused on team success.

This position is based in Maynard MA with the possibility to be remote or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Amazon business to drive revenue growth and profitability while supporting the brand’s high-end positioning.
  • Embrace a customer-centric view, understanding the CLTV based on point of acquisition, first product purchased, and repeat behavior including subscribe and save membership.
  • Support the product forecasting process across both Tea and Coffee brands to inform our supply chain buy plans.
  • Analyze promotional activities on Amazon including lightning deals, coupons, and deal of the day.
  • Support measurement of the testing and optimization program and feed insights back to fuel further growth.
  • Share product insights with Product Development and Marketing teams to support new product development and enhancement of the existing portfolio.
  • Collaborate and share learnings with DTC colleagues to support growth across both businesses.
  • Support Advertising colleagues to measure impact of Advertising investments

Requirements

  • Proficiency with analytics tools – Microsoft Excel, SQL/Snowflake, and Tableau a plus
  • Experience with Selling on Amazon, and Seller Central reporting
  • Passion for the startup environment with a desire to “make a difference”
  • Must be organized, driven, a team player, and possess an excellent “can do” attitude
  • Adaptable, positive, curious, and self-motivated
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges. Passionate and persistent about finding solutions.
  • Comfortable presenting and defending insights that drive business growth and optimization
  • 3-5 years of professional working experience in Analyst or related capacity
  • BA/BS (Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related fields)
