For Days is looking for a talented Retention & Customer Insights Manager. This person will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for creating brand-building retention strategies to grow the For Days business with a specific focus on Gen Z and Millennial customers. Help us re-shape the relationships between people and products.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end process for retention channels (email, SMS, direct mail), including growing list size, managing execution, and reporting on performance
  • Create smart, customer-centric segmentation and content strategies to improve engagement, retention, and personalization with the goals of maximizing subscriber repeat purchases and LTV
  • Lead customer research, including developing and implementing customer surveys and focus groups and sharing insights cross-functionally to understand and enhance customer journeys across channels
  • Develop and implement A/B testing roadmap across retention channels
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project status, results and learning, and industry trends for internal and external teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Social/Community, Creative, Ecommerce, and Customer Service to create unified content plans across customer-facing channels

 

About You:

  • You’re creative and analytical

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete projects with precision
  • You’re excited to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with huge potential for career growth
  • You have great communication skills with the ability to present effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • You have 3+ years of professional experience
  • You have a deep understanding for best practices in retention, loyalty, and customer insights
  • You have proven experience in segmentation, A/B testing methodology, and ability to create actionable insights from various data sets and sources
  • You’ve worked previously in digital marketing or ecommerce, preferably at a DTC focused brand
  • You are experienced using Klaviyo, Attentive, and analytics tools
  • You’re passionate about reducing fashion waste!
