Purpose
The Sr Manager of Performance Marketing is a critical role to the future success and growth of MegaFood. This strategic role will drive further growth via paid media across upper and bottom funnel campaigns. You will bring a hyper analytical and data driven approach to our investment portfolio, partnering with key stakeholders in DTC, Amazon and Brand Management in understanding their objectives and delivering paid media campaigns that optimize against them.
The Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing will be comfortable in a highly visible leadership role. You will bring a balance of art and science, and have the experience and leadership qualities to engage stakeholders and bring them along for the ride. You will have a strong bias for action, testing, and reporting.
The right person for this role will have extensive hands-on keyboard experience managing 7 figure+ ad accounts. Ideally, you will have experience in several PPC channels, and experience with affiliate marketing and OTT is a strong advantage. You will partner with performance and brand agencies to execute your strategies, and must have extensive experience in agency management.
You will sweat the details, and bring a methodical approach to delivering against revenue, and engagement KPIs across all of the media channels.

We believe that the essential requirements of this role can be accomplished from wherever you are growing! We believe that what you do is more important than where you do it. To keep our culture alive and thriving and our connections with remote teams strong, we make deliberate efforts to connect with our NH teams through live town hall events, formal and informal virtual meetings, and a variety of other virtual engagement opportunities. There may be times when you are required to come onsite in NH or travel for team meetings. These requirements will be clarified during the interview process.
