We are looking for an Operations Director with senior experience in the area of user growth and marketing to accomplish our strategy within the relaxation industry.

As a vital participant in the product, the Director of Operations will be responsible for gaining insight into the demands of users in the area of mind and body relaxation in major regions around the world and converting them into product power, as well as developing global launch and marketing plans to drive market demand for the product and features.

 

Qualifications

  • •Over 10 years of experience in Internet service operation with multiple successful cases.
  • •Extensive extensive knowledge and experience of Internet product user growth and brand marketing, especially in smart hardware and sports and health APP operation.
  • •Global business perspective and localized user demand insight, with in-depth understanding of Internet ecology in different markets (e.g. North America, Europe).
  • •Proficient in DTC (Direct to Consumer) model, adept at connecting with users in the user experience process (through EDM / Social Media, etc.), and experienced in user data analysis, reporting, and EDM+PUSH push marketing.
  • •Be able to translate product features into user benefit points and vice versa by gaining insight into the demands of users in different regions.

 

Responsibilities

  • •Establish product strategy, including product build, brand and marketing strategy, and divide it into executable plans and work with teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • •Based on the features of wearable devices and the relaxation industry, propose innovative product promotion plans by studying target user data, and continue to prompt and optimize them.
  • •Cooperate with relevant teams to conduct in-depth research on wearable devices and the relaxation industry, summarize the product opportunities in the market, and continuously optimize for the products to strengthen the product power.
  • •Organize and optimize the user lifetime process experience, establish contact points with users, promote the implementation of DTC model, and improve the NPS value.
