DIRECTOR, MARKETING ANALYTICS

$160,000-$170,000 + EQUITY
An innovator within DTC Consumer Electronics is looking for an all-encompassing marketing professional to join its rapidly-growing startup!
THE ROLE-
As the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will be charged with taking the marketing function to the next level. In addition, you will be responsible for growth, as well as working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams on a variety of projects.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Detailed marketing experience working through digital or DTC.
- Extensive work experience in SQL and Google Analytics.
- Experience leading high-performance marketing teams.
- Detailed experience working through a variety of channels such as Paid Social and Search.
- Background in Python or R.
- Detailed experience in a visualization tool such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge in A/B Testing and Attribution.
- Prior startup experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
BENEFITS:
As a Director of Marketing Analytics, you can expect to make up to $170,000 (depending on experience).
