About the role:

The ideal marketing coordinator candidate will have outstanding organizational and research skills. Knowledge in data-driven DTC marketing, data analytics, digital & product marketing, and campaign design & management are essential. Strong knowledge of demand generation programs will be necessary to coordinate and execute campaign designs and follow-up. This role reports directly to our Vice President of Sales and will have the opportunity and responsibilities to make a lasting impact in a fast-growing startup.

The Marketing Coordinator role excels at supporting and managing campaigns and projects and is comfortable with hands-on execution across a number of channels including direct mail, social media, email, paid search and paid social content, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Marketing initiatives and activities
  • Develop content that will engage and educate targeted segments, drive demand, revenue and meet relevant business goals.
  • Assist in building and managing the marketing campaign calendar, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Assist in the creation and design of direct mail, campaigns, email marketing, digital, social, blogs, and other content as needed.
  • Accountable for ensuring all campaign leads are tracked, scored, and routed appropriately; regularly analyze campaign performance.
  • Manage campaigns and oversee relationships with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams across digital, direct mail, out of home, and other channels.
  • Email marketing management: Create communications to prospects, active customers, and partners.
  • Social channel management: Work with Ad Agency on content management for core social channels: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor.
  • Content and copywriting: Proof and edit content that’s used for all marketing and sales collateral for both print and digital.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports and summary sheets that track campaign performance, using company CRM as the data source
  • Glean insights from campaign performance, actual campaign data, drive improvement in execution process and tactics.
  • Create promotional materials and slide decks as needed in support of sales and marketing teams
  • Track and manage department expenses

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in omnichannel and demand generation marketing at a recognized brand in the real estate, construction, hospitality, or technology business.
  • Success in setting and attaining MQL and pipeline goals at startups, mid-size or enterprise-level companies.
  • Creative and analytical. You are inspired by great design and copy but are analytical and results-driven with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions.
  • Success factors will be measured by KPI’s: CPL (cost per lead, COA (cost of acquisition,) ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field.

  • Familiarity with marketing software and analytics platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and accustomed to working under strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop and/or other marketing tools is preferred.
