Job Description:
As the Growth Lead at ASYSTEM, you will lead our DTC growth marketing strategy to meet ASYSTEM’s high-growth and high-impact goals, reporting to the Co-Founders. You’ll use your mix of strong analytical and creative abilities to drive performance creative creation, analysis and scale on paid channels (Facebook and Google) with support from our media buying and creative partners. In addition, you’ll guide SEO strategy in partnership with our agency partner. Your role will also be responsible for sales & attribution analysis, catalog and content management, website management, and support for key organizational projects and initiatives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure up to date product and collections details on the online store, including homepage updates, blog updates, images, product descriptions
- Develop, execute, and communicate an ongoing digital strategy across all paid channels inclusive of creative requirements, budget, execution, testing, optimization and reporting
- Ownership of tracking, monitoring and optimizing channel performance on critical metrics
- Identify and test new media channels in accordance with overall digital strategy
- Establish performance marketing budget and forecasts. Evaluate channel attribution to understand incrementality, and track budget pacing and access budget allocation across channels
- Create digital product roadmap and coordinate on site optimizations with development partners to drive improved campaign and conversion results
- Set and measure KPIs per channel (CAC/LTV, retention, AOV, ROAS) and provide actionable insights from analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, either brand side or at a digital marketing agency
- Experienced managing channels, agencies and contractors across paid social, paid search, email, SEO / SEM
- Expert in marketing and ecommerce tools for data analytics, marketing and digital operations e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Excel for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness
- Understanding of common eCommerce and channel performance metrics (LTV, ROAS, AOV, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (e.g. customer experience, inventory management, brand marketing, etc.)
