Who We Are:
At Calm, we have a simple, albeit BIG mission: to make the world a happier and healthier place. Through our website, blog, and app—filled with meditations, sleep stories, music, movement, and more—we’re redefining what mental care looks like in 2022 and beyond. With over 100 million users worldwide, 100,000 new users daily, and our growing partnerships with major companies, we’re having a positive effect on more and more people each and every day. And while the heart of Calm is digital, we are growing and expanding offline with a variety of products and services to help deliver on our mission of health and happiness, the world over.
What We Do:
The User Acquisition team is at the forefront of Calm’s mission, captivating people worldwide, and helping them to take their first steps toward more sleep and less stress.
With the goal of bringing Calm to new audiences globally, we are always looking to uplevel our always-on marketing efforts through creative, media strategy and data innovation. We seek out high-impact realtime opportunities to engage people in mindfulness, like CNN’s Key Race Alerts in the 2020 Election. We are highly data-driven and motivated by Calm’s mission.
What You’ll Do:
The Offline Growth Marketing Manager will fuel Calm’s growth engine and help solve the mental health crisis by scaling new and existing Offline channels. You are a self-driven generalist with a strong track record of managing external media buying agencies and partners to drive growth for a DTC business. You will tightly manage performance across TV and streaming video and audio channels while partnering with internal creative and data teams to consistently evolve and improve Calm’s growth strategy.
Who You Are:
