At Palermo House, our mission is to create unique products for the Home that help unwind everyday life and cultivate leisure. Our best-selling indoor and outdoor Dune Lounger has quickly become a staple in our customers homes. We are a small team and fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand based in Los Angeles, CA. Palermo House has been featured in Architectural Digest, Forbes, and Yahoo.

 

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us grow and scale all of our paid marketing / acquisition and email efforts. The ideal candidate is someone that is looking for a highly entrepreneurial and empowering environment with lots of growth and upside opportunity within the marketing organization. The ideal candidate has a deep background in Paid Social (i.e. Facebook) as well as experience in Paid Search/Shopping/Display and YouTube. Willingness to try, learn, and reapply learnings is most important.

 

As our first marketing employee, this person will have the autonomy and freedom to try new tactics, grow the marketing team, and build the brand/culture. You will report directly to the Founder / CEO.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own key digital channels including Facebook, Google, and YouTube
  • Manage execution of Facebook ads from ideation to execution and reporting
  • Own email marketing campaigns, assisted by our copywriting and graphic design teams when necessary
  • Generate new creative or work with our creative team (video, graphic design, copywriting) to guide their content creation skills
  • Develop hypotheses and run varying tests on creative & landing pages to improve performance
  • Support in setting & managing monthly and yearly goals for profitable growth in new customer acquisition
  • Setting the marketing calendar as it relates to these channels (paid social, search, email)
  • Design growth reports and conduct ad hoc reporting

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of growth/acquisition marketing experience; startup & DTC experience preferred
  • Direct-response background in Facebook Ads with additional experience in Google Ads
  • Ability to generate new creatives and copywriting
  • Experience in Excel and Google Analytics for simple reporting
  • A proven track record of taking initiative and and driving to optimize & improve metrics
  • Detail-oriented and a fast learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
