The DTC Merchandising & Customer Experience Team within Reality Labs is redefining how merchandising operates across our global business. The Merchandising & Customer Experience Team balances art and science while influencing within a highly matrixed organization. The Merchandising Lead is responsible for driving innovative solutions to build, launch and optimize across all of our DTC surfaces. The Lead will enable creativity while focusing on solving problems and leading the team as they deliver their best work.

DTC Merchandising Lead Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Meta Store business across all surfaces (Digital, Physical, etc.) including recapping, promotional execution, launch planning and customer experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (PMM, Category, Marketing, Creative, Product Management, Analytics) to develop & execute merchandising strategies.
  • Understand the customer and their needs to inform assortment and merchandising strategies.
  • Utilize data to analyze and hindsight current performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
  • Create an environment focused on redefining the traditional role of merchandising.
  • Work with partners on digital testing/research, analyzing data and sharing best practices.
  • Drive creative direction with design & Customer Experience teams on merchandising including creative, fixtures, messaging and wayfinding.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Merchandising Experience or equivalent work experience
  • Experience analyzing and deriving insights from various data sources
  • Data-Driven storytelling skills with a balanced lens on consumer trends
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in prioritizing, balancing & executing on competing deliverables
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional relationships
