Demand Planning Manager (DTC)

This role will cross-functionally partner with sales, marketing, and digital growth to play an essential role in the supply chain side of the business. By utilizing your analytical side, you will effectively estimate future products demands including planning inventory flow and generating forecasting solutions while optimizing already built-in processes.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for setting up and leading the demand review within the Sales & Operations Planning cycle
• You present the demand plan information in a timely and ready-to- use manner
• You prepare the pre-plan analysis and statistical forecasting
• You liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Digital Growth to complete data collection and demand planning
• You routinely report potential stock shortages and provide solutions for avoidance
• You resolve escalated availability issues
• You monitor inventory stock levels and production lead times
• You focus on problem-solving, address any disconnections with the future forecast
• You measure forecast accuracy and drive improvement of the forecast model together with Sales, Marketing, Digital Growth, & BI
• And other responsibilities as assigned

That's you

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics / Statistics, Data Science or similar field
• You have DTC experience
• You have 3-5 years' relevant experience
• You have a systematic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
• You are a forecast- model expert
• You are a confident communicator with a high degree of initiative and independent working style, confident with strong team skills
