About L’or de Seraphine:

 

L’or de Seraphine is a growing home fragrance startup focused on bringing high end decorative home fragrance to the market. We launched in 2019 with candles in beautifully designed ceramic vessels, and plan to expand to additional home fragrance products over the coming year. We are currently selling DTC as well as in hundreds of retail stores as well as online in the US, UK, and Canada.

 

The Growth Marketing Manager Role:

 

The Marketing Manager will manage and execute performance-driven growth efforts for L’or de Seraphine. This fast-paced role works across integrated owned, earned and paid marketing and leads PR and brand activities. We are seeking a digital marketer with foundational experience in paid media platforms associated with demand generation and growth efforts, with an understanding of related tactics, strategies, analysis and optimization components. The ideal candidate will have a vision for the future of paid media and marketing. This is a role for someone who is passionate not only about marketing, but also about communication, customer engagement, and customer retention. Along with our agencies, you will develop strategies for increasing brand awareness, customer loyalty, and conversions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assist in setting KPI benchmarks, tracking and report against them monthly. Develop and implement marketing channel attribution approach.

 

Develop Marketing Calendar, identifying key communication touch points and develop campaigns accordingly

  • Campaign calendar for digital ads, email, and events
  • Create copy and lead creative direction for email and digital ads, with digital agency
  • Plan all new launch across platforms
  • Determine effective promotional marketing strategies in collaboration with the Sales team.

 

Be the main point of contact for agencies including Digital Advertising Agency, Social Media Agency and PR agency

 

Own growth marketing strategy alongside Digital Agency and inform our customer-facing experience across acquisition.

 

Support continued optimization of acquisition marketing campaigns through ad creative testing, copy testing, and landing page testing.

 

Develop and monitor new initiatives to drive Email list growth, including collaborating with Partners and Media to strategize on lead gen opportunities.

 

Stay current on acquisition marketing strategies, best practices, competitive landscape, and ecosystem.

 

Partner with the Graphic Design team to develop advertising assets, landing pages, etc.

 

Lead management of the website, working with the creative team and development team on any website updates, new landing pages, PDP optimizations, new product launches, blog updates etc.

 

Collaborate on survey development to collect data on consumer demographics and psychographics to evolve marketing messages

 

Collaborate with functional partners to develop budget, forecast, efficiency targets, and channel and partner selection.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

 

4+ years digital or brand marketing experience, preference for experience with project management

 

Experience with DTC e-commerce businesses

  • Experience with Shopify and Klavio

 

Passion for building holistic marketing strategies that come to life across media, creative, and lifecycle touch points. Possess a balance of strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on.

 

Strong understanding of Marketing principles and application - branding, analytics, social media, with strong brand judgment.

  • Extensive understanding of media strategy, customer segmentation, and audience targeting.

 

Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate data and insights.

 

Proactive team player and self-starter, with the ability to communicate and collaborate well among cross-functional teams.

 

Exemplary written and oral communication and presentation skills, with an eye for visual data storytelling and experience producing content for C-Suite presentations.

Location:

The work is performed in a hybrid office environment within the Los Angeles area, but is open to fully remote for the right candidate.
