Creative Marketing Manager

The Role:

We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in developing, managing and executing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and brand awareness, across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Director and other Managers to lead the creative and growth marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic planning and execution
• Manage priorities and tasks of the marketing team
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to marketing team
• Develop ideas, concepts and strategies for marketing channels
• Manage projects including conceptualizing, strategy, creative development, program launch, measurement, and reporting
• Manage monthly & weekly editorial calendar
• Produce marketing creative needs:
• Transform complex concepts into simple, engaging copy
• Edit and finalize copy: organic socials, digital ads, emails, SMS, UI/UX
• Designing video and image ads, email campaigns, and organic social content.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years marketing experience, eCommerce, skincare, DTC brands
• Experience in leading a team to strategize and execute marketing initiatives
• Strong sense of design, preferred proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt
• Experience advertising on Facebook, Pinterest, Google, Linear TV/Connected TV, etc.
