The Opportunity

We are seeking a sharp, strategic, collaborative, and performance-oriented leader for the role of Head of Consumer Marketing and Cash who will be the owner of the America's over the counter (OTC) business for OneTouch. This individual will be acountable for the vision, plans and results of growing the brand with consumers who purchase our products with retailers, online and at our .com. This individual will pioneer the next chapter of growth for the company and:

  • Lead the strategic and tactical direction of all the consumer and retail channel programs (cash, ecommerce, DTC)
  • Drive awareness, brand preference, purchase intent, customer retention and engagement of the Lifescan’s portfolio.
  • Define and create marketing activations for the brand across all non-managed care channels (ex: digital advertising, TV, print, email, web, mobile social, and retail environments for in-store and ecommerce.)
  • Be accountable for annual planning and growth objectives (sales and profit) for US, Canada and Mexico.
  • Partner with country and regional sales leaders to ensure voice of consumer informs strategy and execution.
  • Brief and manage agency partners on all aspects of marketing planning and execution.
  • Directly manage and develop a team of regional marketers responsible for the US, Canada, Mexico markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant marketing experience required
  • CPG experience is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of people management experience required.
  • Strong understanding of sales and go-to market models.
  • Experience managing creative agencies to deliver innovative campaigns for consumers and across customers.
  • Experience in a fast paced, multidirectional environment
  • Able to travel up to 15% (domestically and internationally)
