Building the world’s leading sound experience starts with the experience we provide for our people. That’s why we’ve been distributed from the start: initially between offices in Boston & Santa Barbara, and now with additional offices in Seattle, San Francisco & Paris. This role can be done from anywhere in the United States- any of our offices, or remotely from home. It’s about impact, not location.

Summary:

At Sonos, we aspire to grow our Direct to Consumer channel twice as fast as the rest of our business. The Ecommerce team brings that goal to life by working cross-functionally to build a premium education experience that drives conversion and order value. Our team produces web experiences in support of new product introductions, promotions, new merchandising experiences, demand driving programs, always-on optimization, and geo-expansion.

We are looking for a capable Ecommerce Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and analyze global and regional Go-To-Market campaigns and experiences.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of the Global Ecommerce team, you will work cross-functionally to brief, plan, execute, and analyze key GTM campaigns, including new product introductions, promotions, brand campaigns, new programs, new merchandising experiences, and more. The ideal candidate can blend their ecommerce domain knowledge with their strategic acumen, program management, and data analysis skill set to take initiatives from ideation to execution to optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning
    • Drive GTM planning and production milestones within the wider DTC roadmap
    • Build plans and work breakdowns to drive execution and decompose scope/requirements into experience briefs for creative teams
    • Manage consultative and informative communications to all cross-functional partners to ensure they’re engaged and informed
    • Work with CRM, paid media, and other channel leads to align on integrated planning when applicable
  • Execution
    • Manage timelines and creative delivery to ensure timely hand offs of assets from brand
    • Facilitate execution of GTM plans with the Web Technology and Ecommerce Site Production organizations
    • Lead experience reviews with key stakeholders
    • UAT all experiences tied to a given campaign/initiative
  • Supporting
    • Working with the insights team, provide activation-specific reporting to: understand impact to the business; help ensure future learnings; and drive comp events and preparation for the next year
    • Run lessons learned meetings to post-mortem key activations
    • Present reports throughout various levels of the organization


What you’ll need:

Basic qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, merchandising, or program management role in-house with brand, at digital agency, or with systems integrator

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related experience
  • Experience managing complex projects/programs with integrity and transparency across all stakeholders
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, and Tableaux
  • Experience with Google docs (collaboration), Jira (issue and work tracking), and Confluence (documentation)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and optimization platforms such as Optimizely
  • High degree of accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Strong technical aptitude and an insatiable appetite for learning and staying up to date with technology
  • Strong analytical skills, and know how to craft compelling narratives around data
  • Comfortable working with creative teams, talented at articulating business requirements into user experiences, and adept at providing objective feedback
  • Articulate and concise in written and verbal communication
  • Strong writer that knows their way around a program or creative brief
  • Ambitious and a self-starter
  • Problem-solver with excellent follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal and prioritization skills, with project management experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, in a dynamic environment

We consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may cause compensation to vary depending on your skills, experience and qualifications. This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as an opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all full time employees are eligible for stock grants. The minimum base pay may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting minimum base pay for this role is:

$124,000
