The Role

 

Pantastic looking for a motivated salesperson to join our mission in helping e-commerce brands stay in business and grow – by leveraging their transactional emails (order and shipping updates) to drive repeat sales and deliver a better customer experience. You’ll generate new sales (full-cycle) by targeting relevant prospects, aligning their goals with the benefits of Spently by Pantastic, giving them a trial to prove our value, and then moving onto the next win. You’ll have a strong drive and desire to help e-commerce brands improve their DTC post-purchase experience through Pantastic’s offerings, build relationships, and quickly close deals – all while being a part of an ambitious yet nurturing team.

 

About Spently by Pantastic

 

As an official Shopify Partner, Spently has helped e-commerce brands generate over $500M in additional sales. Spently is the top app in the Shopify App Store to support email notifications that customers receive. These are functional emails that customers get after every purchase, but come standard from Shopify without marketing capabilities or advanced customization. Most commonly these are order, shipping, customer account, and abandoned cart emails. Since these are the most opened emails that brands send their customers, these interactions are the perfect opportunity to upsell products, offer discounts, and more.

 

What we need your help with:

 

* Sign up new brands on Spently by Pantastic and ensure their trials are set up for success

* Coordinate outbound calls (cold and warm), as well as process inbound leads generated on a weekly basis

* Collaborate with sales leadership to attain your monthly sales goals

 

You have experience with most of these:

 

* 1-3 years of sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of selling to businesses or e-commerce brands. SaaS selling experience is a plus

* Good working knowledge of Shopify and the ecosystem of apps in the Shopify App Store

* Previous use of relevant CRM tools (we use Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator)

* Ability to measure and report key SaaS metrics and KPIs
