The Performance Marketing Director will develop the strategy and oversee the execution of GOLFFOREVER’s performance marketing program, inclusive of all existing channels and expansion into new channels including TV, paid social, search and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience setting a bold vision, creating a comprehensive strategy, executing with excellence, and using complex data to achieve success and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Fully remote work in the US is possible.

 

What You Will Do

  • Develop a robust multi-channel performance marketing strategy
  • Own and continually refine a best-in-class performance marketing engine
  • Build and lead a performance marketing team consisting of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead performance marketing efforts across digital channels such as paid social, paid search, native, affiliate, and more
  • Help execute the company’s first TV campaign with celebrity endorsement in July 2022. Analyze results and lead the strategy for subsequent national TV campaigns.
  • Scout and deploy new and emerging direct response channels
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of a large and growing performance marketing budget
  • Establish and manage day in and day out testing-and-learning plans to continuously optimize media investments
  • Foster a culture of ROI, data-driven decision-making, and organizational excellence
  • Establish success metrics and allocate resources to optimize performance and growth

 

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing
  • Forward-thinking performance marketing strategist, up to speed on the latest trends in the industry
  • Deep experience collaborating with cross-functional teams inclusive of Brand, Creative, and Marketing Analytics
  • Experience owning sophisticated reporting and KPI dashboards throughout the marketing funnel
  • Proven in-house leadership abilities
  • Experience within a high-growth organization, ideally coming from a company selling highly considered products in a DTC or eCommerce environment
