RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain brand marketing plan, including awareness channels, campaigns and product launches, and sales enablement..
- Recommend and communicate brand priorities via marketing calendar and campaign planning, including promotions.
- Partner with internal teams, i.e. design, content, sales, digital; and external agencies.
- Responsible for success metrics and reporting for brand initiatives.
- Recommend go-to-market plan for new product launches and campaigns.
- Stay data-driven with a goal to continually improve outcomes.
- Partner with our sales organization for retail, distributor and/or professional opportunities, Including planning virtual and in-person events, sales collateral, decks, etc.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and marketplaces.
EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-4 years of brand marketing and growth experience, with a track record of building.
- 1+ years of experience in beauty and DTC marketing
- Understanding of PR and social media channels, including partnering with influencers.
- Exposure with growth marketing for products with GTM and a multi-step user journey.
- Ability to execute flawlessly.
- An effective communicator who can clearly articulate decisions and mobilize support for key initiatives.
- Exposure to data analysis skills and tools.
