We are in search of a part-time (20-25 hrs/wk) Customer Experience Specialist, working remotely. By joining Brodo, you will join a passionate team in an exciting, rapidly growing company with a national profile. This can become a full-time role in the fall.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer issues, and streamlining processes. You play a vital role in being an advocate for Brodo’s community, by supporting and engaging with customers.
Job Qualifications:
The right candidate has a background in digital customer service and strong self-organization skills. They also have a high level of patience and empathy with a wide variety of customers.
