About Wildgrain

Wildgrain is the first bake-from-frozen subscription box for sourdough breads, fresh pastas, and artisanal pastries. We’re proud to partner with small bakers and pasta makers across the country to keep the tradition of nutritious and artisanal food alive.

Headquartered in Boston, we’re a fast-growing startup that delivers everywhere in the continental United States. Launched in May 2020, we’ve now shipped over 125,000 Wildgrain Boxes!

What You’ll Do

As Growth Lead, you’ll own paid and organic acquisition channels and will report to our VP of Marketing. Some of our acquisition channels are currently managed in-house and some are managed by agencies, so this role will be a mix of in-the-weeds execution and agency management. The mix of in-house vs. agency execution will be adjusted to fit your experience.

We follow a CAC-led (vs. volume-led) strategy when it comes to growth, and we’re looking to add a team member who resonates with this growth philosophy and is eager to take ownership of this high-impact role!

  • Manage, scale, and track the strategy and performance of existing acquisition channels: Paid Social (currently Facebook & Instagram ads), Paid Search (currently branded Google ads), Affiliate (currently Refersion & ShareASale affiliate programs), Offline (currently podcast ads)
  • Identify and test promising new acquisition channel opportunities and then launch, manage, and track these new acquisition channel experiments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Retention, Tech, Operations, Product, and Member Support

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in managing and scaling acquisition channels at consumer brands
  • Ability to fluctuate between “big picture” strategic planning and “in the weeds” execution
  • Ability to derive insights from sources such as attribution data and member retention data, which you’ll then use to optimize acquisition and creative strategy
  • Strong background working with growth / performance marketing metrics (i.e. CAC, CPM, CPC, LTV)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and energy

Bonus Points If You Have…

  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager
  • Experience at subscription brands
  • Experience at startups and / or scrappy organizations

What We Offer

  • Career Growth: a fast-paced, creative working environment that offers a lot of room for ownership and growth
  • Benefits: salary and equity-based compensation, unlimited PTO, medical / dental / vision coverage, and a free Wildgrain Box every month

Candidates local to the Boston area are preferred.
