About The Role

The Ad Operations Manager will have a hand-on role in the development, implementation and optimization of Happify’s DTC user acquisition strategy. The role requires effectively managing and measuring campaigns from inception while fine-tuning and optimizing performance in addition, this person will manage the inventory of ads running on our platform and as a publisher will manage these from set-up to monitoring and optimization. This position is both a highly strategic and tactical role that will work closely with product and analytics teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with sales operations and account management to craft and implement ad campaigns on Happify sites and mobile apps.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and generate performance reports for the executive team.
  • Provide reporting information to sales, marketing, account management, and clients.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and product managers to develop insights.
  • Recommend changes to improve operational processes and safeguard advertising, privacy, and integrity.
  • Coordinate with design teams on creative assets to maximize performance. Uploading ads to various ad platforms.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience leading Ad Operations with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience supporting the build-out and scaling of the function.
  • Experience at SaaS, Health-Tech, or Consumer Tech companies preferred.
  • Proven experience working on complete campaign lifecycle.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable setting up and leveraging marketing analytics tools for insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks to manage workload.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.
