What You’ll Do:
The Director of Brand Marketing will focus on three major areas: Brand Management and Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution, and Marketing Operations (MarOps). You will oversee DTC day-to-day marketing activities, across funnel phases and channels, including digital and brand, design and deliver annual brand and demand planning, quarterly GTMs, brand lessons & insights and monthly KPI reporting with the VP, Marketing and create compelling brand stories for our masterbrand Whisker and key product lines, such as Litter-Robot, that bring the brands and products to life, increase consumer perceived value and brand equity and guide our creative and content.
What You’ll Bring:

  • BA in Marketing, Statistics, or Communications or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in DTC marketing, leading multi-product and multi-channel campaigns
  • Brand management experience for a digital business
  • Hands-on expertise with core DTC acquisition channels, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Influencers, and deep understanding of retention channels and web marketing
  • Experience managing creative and media plans, having a deep understanding of the consumer marketing funnel
  • Passionate about consumer insights and understanding consumer audiences
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to see the big picture
  • Detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and articulate
  • Position is remote or in Auburn Hills
  • A passion for pets!

Not Required but nice to have!

  • P&L responsibility for a national brand, digital native
