OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Marketing Associate who can support Bodily’s marketing team in communicating the Bodily brand ethos across every touchpoint in the consumer journey — from discovery and awareness through post-purchase and retention. This person is equal parts creative and strategic and will be a key team player within the marketing organization, helping to brainstorm key initiatives and take them from concept through execution. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a small team at a high-growth startup and witness your tangible impact on the brand’s marketing efforts and growth.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage relationships and campaigns with like-minded influencers, content creators, and brand partners; analyze performance and provide recommendations and optimizations to creative and strategy
  • Maintain website experience, working cross-functionally with Product Strategy/Merchandising, Digital Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and others to make continuous updates and improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless product and campaign launches
  • Support broader brand marketing efforts across the organization, including but not limited to photoshoots, PR placements, content calendar development, content concept brainstorms, creative asset management, copywriting, photo editing, and more

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing / brand management (past startup and / or Shopify experience a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to quick changes with a bias for action
  • Equally right- and left-brained and able to marry creative ideation with strategic and data-driven insights
  • Customer-obsessed with tremendous empathy and understanding of the Bodily consumer
  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational / project management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other teams and achieving buy-in from other team members
  • Passionate about retail, consumers products, and women’s health
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Google Suite, Excel
  • Experience with Canva and / or Photoshop a plus
