Spiritless is an innovative non-alcoholic spirits company targeting Millennial and Gen Z consumers who are making a conscious effort to limit their alcohol consumption. We are a high-growth startup with seasoned professionals and incredible enthusiasm looking to grow our team of believers.

About you:

As our Sr. Manager, eCommerce you will lead our direct-to-consumer platform and help grow our brand. In this role you will ultimately elevate our online presence while also increasing our eCommerce channel mix. You will ideally bea DTC veteran with a passion for building small brands. What you will be doing:

• Meet or exceed DTC revenue targets
• Achieve all website KPIs including traffic, conversion, and AOV
• Develop and execute a monthly promotional calendar
• Oversee email marketing, SMS flows and campaign performance
• Manage routine site maintenance including new item creation, pricing/promos, and content refresh
• Manage direct reports and DTC agency relationships
• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations partners to develop and seamlessly execute brand plans
• Project manage any site enhancements, development work

Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands-on experience w/ Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform
• 5+ years experience w/ Klaviyo or a similar email, CRM platform
• A track record for delivering strong performance across revenue, CVR, and AOV
• A strong understanding of Google Analytics, using data to inform decisions
• A working knowledge of brand P&L
• Prior startup or small brand experience
• Prior CPG experience a plus
