We are looking for a self-motivated Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Search who is passionate about scaling paid media channels to drive efficient customer acquisition while constantly testing new strategies. As the channel manager of our paid search program, you will manage a large budget and be responsible for building, optimizing and expanding our efforts across search, shopping, discovery, display, YouTube etc. on multiple engines (primarily Google and Bing). 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of our Paid Search program.
  • Manage planning, execution, optimizations, budget pacing, and reporting across platforms.
  • Measure and analyze campaign and channel performance, perform deep-dive analysis, and flag opportunities to scale and optimize performance across various campaign types.
  • Continuously analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities through ad copy and bidding strategy testing, quality score improvement, keyword expansion, landing page testing, product feed optimization, etc.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly paid search KPI and financial reporting.
  • Interpret trends and make recommendations based on CAC, CPC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Establish a feedback loop with key internal stakeholders, sharing keyword insights and search trends that inform broader business strategy.
  • Ensure our paid search campaigns reflect the most up-to-date best practices and incorporate the latest industry trends.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of in-house brand or top-tier performance marketing agency experience.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling paid search programs, preferably for high-growth eCommerce or DTC companies.
  • Experience working directly in Google and Bing Ads editor.
  • Experience drawing insights from Google Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to analyze large datasets in order to gain insights and provide confident recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A consistent "can-do" attitude, matched with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong attention to detail; a proven ability to manage a high volume of workstreams at once.
  • A full life outside of work, with personal passions and hobbies.
