About This Role

We have a major need to level up the way that we are showing up visually as a brand to truly reflect both our purpose and personality. The good news? There is an embarrassment of riches when it comes to the visual storytelling content that is available!

Serving as our key visual storyteller, you will be responsible for the end-to-end visual creative design at Eterneva. You will work with all departments across the business to execute a full array of brand and graphic design projects. A solid, imaginative design ability and an in-depth understanding of the production process will be critical to success. You will be well-versed in current design trends, have proven experience in delivering powerful creative campaigns, and have a genuine hunger to dive in head first and evolve the aesthetic of our brand.

Key Responsibilities Of This Role

  • Design strategic visual concepts using photography, illustration, typography, video, motion, and other elements for the Eterneva brand.
  • Engage collaboratively across departments to transform brand needs into brilliant design.
  • Work closely with the Creative Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager to tell a complete story.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to execute our content calendar month to month, and develop all the visual social media assets.
  • Preserve, evolve and enforce brand standards and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize creative visual storytelling to communicate strategic brand and customer stories across multiple channels.
  • Provide creative direction for the work of external photographers, illustrators, freelancer designers and artists to create compelling brand narratives.
  • Manage freelance / factional design resources as and when needed.
  • Be tapped into contemporary trends in design and popular culture.

What We Are Looking For

  • A thorough knowledge of design production for both print and electronic media.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design, illustration and animation
  • Proven experience in general photo art direction, as well as specific experience directing creative brand photography shoots
  • Extremely skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, web design is a plus.
  • An eagle eye for design standards and brand guidelines
  • A great collaborator with the ability to offer creative feedback to members of the team, internal partners, and agencies.
  • Experience in working at or with DTC / DNVB brands is a major plus
