Based in Los Angeles, Pique is a digital women's sexual health clinic. We're celebrating every woman's right to a sexually well life and we're on a mission to transform women's healthcare at scale, starting with sexual health.

We recently raised over $4m led by Maveron with participation from leading healthcare and consumer investors. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a mission driven company early as one of our first key hires. Together we will work on challenges on the frontiers of female health and consumer healthcare at scale.

About The Role

  • Gain deep understanding of Pique's business model, key performance indicators, and metrics that impact our success in the market
  • Define the strategy & execute DTC growth plans for paid social, paid search, email, SEO, display, organic, & partnerships efforts
  • Work closely with the founding team to understand and optimize against the most effective paid & organic channels
  • Work collaboratively with Clinical Team, responsible for maintaining external physician relationships, on any growth needs
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses, create forecasts, and run A/B tests to validate and scale growth programs
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and learnings
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations to execute cross-functional acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities and execute low-cost experiments to validate opportunity at scale
  • Build a high-performance growth organization, hire and manage growth product managers, and own relationships with specialized growth marketing agency
  • Set team's goals, track performance, problem solve & share results
  • Build and champion a culture of learning and experimentation

About You

  • 5+ years work experience in product, monetization, growth, and/or performance marketing
  • Experience leading product and/or growth teams in high-growth consumer tech
  • Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels
  • Strong background in A/B testing, experiment design, data analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • You’re excited about improving women’s sexual health
  • You’re comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
  • You’re a self-starter, ready to be one of the first members of a quickly growing team
