Role Description

 

Flora is looking for a superstar Marketing professional to lead its rapid growth and exciting trajectory. The Marketing Director will play an instrumental part in building the future of well-commerce and will report directly to the co-founder as part of the management team. As a Marketing Director at Flora, you will take ownership of the growth and profitability of our portfolio of sustainable brands. With a proactive approach and long-term vision, you will pull several growth levers to transform our brands into global leaders. You will develop our DTC channel on the path to becoming the largest global sustainable e-commerce platform. You will coordinate closely with our Growth, Supply Chain, Procurement, Investment, Finance, and Legal teams to scale and optimize our operations.

 

  • Brand Building: Create omnichannel brand growth strategy and transform the acquired brands’ identity, content, messaging, as well as pricing, portfolio mix, promotions, geographical and channel expansion to maximize their growth
  • Direct-to-Consumer: Develop the go-to-market and launch strategy of our DTC platform and manage the Customer Data Platform to create efficient marketing campaigns with attractive unit economics
  • Social Media: Design Flora’s and our brands’ social media strategy collaborating with influencers and customer communities to expand Flora’s customer base
  • Marketing Budget & P&L Ownership: Manage marketing budget, track and own the daily, weekly, and monthly growth and profitability performance of acquired brands in coordination with Growth, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams
  • Due Diligence: Identify market, product, and marketing-related opportunities and risks of the brands

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Great passion for sustainability and e-commerce, and commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • 10-15 years of experience in product, marketing management in a fast-paced DTC brand
  • Structured and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and innovative thinking
  • Strong commercial awareness and extensive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a highly dynamic environment
  • Self-starter and result-driven with the ability to multitask with minimal supervision
